Margaret Mowbray
Lady Margaret Mowbray, born about 1387 married in 1430 at Leicester Sir Robert Howard, Knight. He was born about 1383 and died 1 April 1437, after the death of Margaret, 8 July 1425.
As eventual co-heiress (with her sister Lady Isabel) of the Mowbrays, her son Sir John Howard, Knight, was created Duke of Norfolk and Earl Marshal, so becoming ancestor of the illustrious house of Howard, Dukes of Norfolk.
From this line came Catherine Howard, wife of Henry VIII.
